301 Grade Stainless Spring Steel Strip is an austenitic stainless steel with a microstructure containing 16-19% Cr (Chromium) and 6-9.5% Ni (Nickel). According to EN standards, 301 Grade stainless spring steel is referred to as 1.4310 or X10CrNi18-8. Additionally, it is also known in the market under different names such as AISI 301, SUS301, SS301, and X12CrNi17-7.
Due to its chromium content of over 12%, 301 material forms a chromium oxide layer on its surface, providing it with stainless properties. This steel is known for its high resistance to corrosion and wear.
301 Grade Stainless Spring Steel Strips are classified according to tensile strengths under the EN 10151 standard. These classifications ensure the steel meets various application needs.
301 Grade Stainless Spring Steel Strips are widely used due to their high elasticity and spring-like properties.
301 Grade Stainless Spring Steel Strips are widely used in various industries, particularly in automotive, white goods, electrical-electronics, and food sectors.
