The C75 material, produced in cold-rolled and annealed forms, is offered in two variants based on its mechanical properties: annealed and tempered. The untreated material is referred to as "annealed," while the heat-treated material is referred to as "tempered."
This type of steel was initially named C75 Grade Spring Steel according to DIN/German standards, and later defined as CK75 Grade Spring Steel under the European Norm while maintaining the same technical specifications.
CK75 Grade Annealed Spring Steel is identified under work number 1.1248 and conforms to the EN 10132-4 standard. This material is generally supplied in its annealed form and can be converted to tempered form through heat treatment by users in their processes.
Tempered Material Surface Options:
The hardness values of tempered material range between 39-54 HRC.
Our company offers this material in slit coil or sheet steel according to customer requirements. Additionally, we provide production services that meet specific thickness tolerances.
