High Carbon Cold Rolled Steel is a category of steel that has been processed through cold rolling, commonly referred to as spring steel. It is available in various grades depending on the carbon content.
These steels are particularly well-suited for cold forming and heat treatment due to their high carbon content. The cold-rolled steels we provide are spheroidized annealed and feature a maximum hardness value of 190-200 HV. After undergoing heat treatment, they can achieve a hardness of up to 580 HV, depending on the carbon content.
